Early School Closure - Paid Union Meeting

We have been advised that the paid union meetings for all primary and intermediate school teachers are scheduled for Friday 3 March 2023. Remuera Intermediate School staff will be attending the meeting on that day at 1:30 pm.

The Board of Trustees has elected to close for instruction on Friday 3 March 2023 to ensure all staff can attend the latest contract negotiation talks. For health and safety reasons we are unable to remain open for instruction due to the limited number of staff who can remain at school to supervise our students.

Year 8 will finish at 12:50 pm
Year 7 will finish at 1:00 pm

Parents and caregivers must therefore make arrangements for your child/children to travel home at 12:50 pm (Year 8) or 1:00 pm (Year 7) on Friday 3 March 2023.
