2023 Parent-Teacher Interviews

The Parent-Teacher interviews will take place during the week of 8th - 11th May:

Monday, 8 May - 3:15 to 5:00 pm
Tuesday, 9 May - 3:15 to 7:30 pm 
Wednesday, 10 May - 1:00 to 5:00 pm (School finishes at 1:00 pm)
Thursday, 11 May - 3:15 to 5:00 pm

We invite you to take this opportunity to meet with your child’s teacher to discuss their progress to date. These in-person interviews are an especially important part of our home-school partnership.

The duration of the interviews is 10 minutes with our booking system allowing a few minutes of transition time between interviews. Thank you in advance for being mindful of other families and teachers by ensuring you are on time for your scheduled appointments. 

Access to all interview bookings is online, instructions can be found below.
To make an appointment please follow these steps:

1. Go to the website: www.schoolinterviews.co.nz   
2. To make a booking, please use the code: 49ann
3. At the website, enter 49ann into the ‘Event Code’ box  and click ‘Go’
4. On the next screen enter your details and click ‘Go’.
5. Select the appropriate Room number and Teacher then click ‘Go’.
6. The next screen shows a variety of days and times that are available for interviews. Click on a time that best suits you for an interview, and a ‘tick’ will appear in the box.
7. Now click ‘Go’ at the bottom of the page.
8. The next and final page will confirm your booking and give you the details, along with information on how to reschedule or cancel a booking should you need to.
9. Once confirmed, an email will be sent to you with your appointment details.
